Meet the experienced and friendly doctors and staff who make Magnuson Hopkins EyeCare the leading provider of vision care products and services in Wayne.

Joshua Hopkins, O.D.

Dr. Hopkins has been practicing in Wayne since 2001.  He is enthusiastic and looks forward to daily challenges.  He has a love for his job and takes special pride in making sure that his patients enjoy their experience while at the office.  Always seems to  have a smile on his face if it is 8:00 in the morning or even late in the afternoon.

Scott Ronhovde, O.D.

Dr. Ronhovde (we call him Dr. Scott) grew up in Eagle, Nebraska and attended Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee where he graduated summa cum laude.  He and his wife, Anne, have four children. They enjoy daily adventures with the family and travelling. Dr. Scott especially enjoys treating medical eye conditions and finding new solutions for challenging cases.

Rachel Sindelar, O.D.

Dr. Sindelar returned to her hometown of Wayne after graduating from the Oklahoma College of Optometry in May of 2019. She is excited to call Wayne home again and begin providing comprehensive eye care to family, friends and familiar faces.

Larry Magnuson, O.D.

Dr. Magnuson opened Magnuson EyeCare in 1985 and is a Northeast Nebraska native. He retired from practicing in September 2016. Thanks Dr. Magnuson’s dedication to state-of-the art patient care and technology, our practice has grown into a leader in eye care for Northeast Nebraska.
